Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains how AG Consulting Global EOOD, trading as Akveo AI ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with this website and our automation services. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

From website visitors. Standard technical data logged automatically by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed.

When you submit the enquiry form. Your name, company, email address, and the contents of your message.

When you book an audit call. Scheduling is handled by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any information you enter into the booking form, and shares it with us.

During an engagement. Where we build automations that process your business data, we may act as a processor on your behalf. In those cases the scope, purpose and retention of that processing are governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism recognised under Chapter V GDPR.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries and call records are retained for as long as needed to handle the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. Data processed under a client engagement is retained per the terms of that engagement and deleted or returned on its conclusion. Records required for accounting and tax purposes are retained for the periods prescribed by Bulgarian law.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies exist only to deliver the page. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have inaccurate data corrected, request erasure, request restriction of processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@akveo-ai.com. We respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
